Our Coaching Directory Plan

Phase 1 (September - December 2024)
Coaches are invited to apply to become part of the Life Coach Cyprus Directory and will share their vision of becoming a coach. -
Phase 2 (November 2024 - February 2025)
First round interviews with prospective coaches. -
Phase 3 (November 2024 - February 2025)
Coaches submit a recorded coaching session with a client where we assess their coaching skills, integration of wisdom, level of coaching and most importantly congruence and alignment with living according to the core competencies as a coach. -
Phase 4 (January - March 2025)
Review of observed coaching sessions and Second round of interviews. -
Phase 5 (March 2025)
Acceptance and on boarding of coaches. -
Phase 6 (April 2025)
Go live of coaching directory.
